Water & Slurry Pumps
Measure flow rates, pressures, and power consumption. The AHP often accounts for 1.5% to 2% of the total auxiliary power consumption. Auditors target throttling losses, inefficient impellers, and excessive water usage in bottom ash jet pumps.

Dry Ash Handling System
Analyze compressed air systems, vacuum pumps, and K-pumps used to convey fly ash from Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) hoppers. Leaks or blockages in conveying lines require inspection to minimize high-pressure compressed air waste.

Clinker Grinders
Check the health and performance of submerged scraper conveyors (SSC) and clinker grinders for bottom ash processing.
